The Optix™ from Tingley pullover high visibility jacket is 100% waterproof, has a quilted liner for warmth and comfort, and an attached insulated adjustable hood. The black bottom style conceals dirt and soils from view.  

It sports a large single front pocket for hand warming and a chest pocket for storage. The elasticized cuffs help keep the cold air out for reduced body heat loss.

Very satisfied

I purchased the pull over high vis jacket it fits great not to big or too small it’s very warm and the hoodie style pocket in the front is very convenient. Hi vis got this and a bunch of shirts out to me quickly. Best part none of the shirts shrunk when washed and dried.
